2009 Workshop Sample Days & Fundraiser Dinner

A long tradition running at WWA, the Workshop Sample Days! This weekend offers the perfect way to discover more about the classes we offer, meet your instructors and take away some valuable insights into the world of photography. There will be raffles throughout the day, discounts on same-day class registrations, a silent auction, and more.

Time Frames: The Evolution of Photography

Working with Artists is hosting their 7th annual fundraiser dinner held at Space Gallery on Sunday, November 8th from 6-9p. The fundraiser dinner is a celebration of the photographic arts and serves as a catalyst to promote Working with Artists' mission of inspiring passion for the art of photography.

Guest Speaker Eric Paddock, Curator of Photography at the Denver Art Museum will be giving a lecture on his visionary role as the first photo curator at the DAM as well as providing a small sneak peek into their collection. A WWA Founders Award will also be presented by Founder Emeritus, Marsea Wynne, acknowledging WWA's annual Peter Read Miller Sports Photography workshop instructors and sponsors.

This years event, “Time Frames:The Evolution of Photography,” takes participants on a journey of the camera to explore the evolution of fine art photography while also looking at current and future trends.
